Requirement:
• At least a bachelor’s degree in engineering (environmental/health/safety), others or equivalent.
• Experience Min. 5 years working as Safety Officer
• Have a valid general AK3 expert certificate
• Understand SMK3L and ISO 45001
• Understand and master Safety Risk Assessment
• Know and understand emergency preparedness procedures
• Strong Leadership Good communication, administration & coordination skills
• Detail-oriented professionals with strong critical thinking skills
Jobdesc :
• Responsible for the development and implementation of the occupational health and safety management system
• Responsible for conducting and monitor in safety operation activity including inspections, risk assessments, safety training, procedure evaluation which determined by organization
• Responsible for monitoring and assessing unsafe condition and unsafe action and developing measures to assure the HSE personnel
• Responsible to correcting unsafe acts or conditions through the regular line of authority
• Responsible to make HSE work plan, monitoring and reviewing of HSE plan periodically and giving corrective and preventive action for the implementation
• Providing HSE socialization and training for employee
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to stakeholders
