Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Plan and co-ordinate Bulk Dye operation as per internal and external customer requirements.
- Communicate/negotiate with approving parties, to resolve shade issues/ quality issues/testing issues.
- Conduct audits, Identify and timely action on issues to ensure smooth dye house functionality.  
- Build good working relationships with internal and external customers to understand their requirements.
- Work with suppliers to ensure products/services within the dye house are maintained up to required quality standards.
- Carry out process improvement initiatives in order to enhance the performance of product/ process.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry as a subject or equivalent professional qualification. 
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably in the textile/apparel industry).
- Communicate effectively with people across the organization.
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Excellent time management skills
- Must be willing to work in Semarang (Central Java).
