Job Description
- Liaise with internal/external auditors by providing documents, schedules and other information required for audit validation.
- Coordinating with relevant parties to finalize month end and year end management and financial accounts adhering to set deadlines.
- Perform timely inter-company reconciliations and resolve any disputes timely manner.
- Prepare financial and non-financial reports and schedules monthly for reporting and compliance purposes.
- Act as company point person for all tax related matters such as VAT, WHT, Income tax etc.  and ensure the maintenance of a healthy relationship with tax department.
- Follow up and ensure timely customer collections to improve working capital position of the company.
- Act as point person for all management accounting related activities such as budgeting, forecasting etc.
- Perform additional duties commensurate with the current role, as and when requested by the management.
 
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting and or equivalent professional qualification such as CIMA/ACCA/CA.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment (preferably in textile industry).
- Communicate effectively with people across the organization.
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in big 4 firms will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Semarang (Central Java).
