Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Descriptions :
- Design, Develop & Execute Learning & Development programs as per the Organization’s needs.
- Execution of succession & carrier development plans.
- Execute the multi-skill program for the shop floor-level employees (skill matrix)
- Responsible for Onboarding of Staff and Above.
- Execution of high quality Employee Relation (ER) activities to maintain healthy LTO & absenteeism in the organization.
- Conduct Recruitments as per company requirements.
 
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / HR relevant professional qualification.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the manufacturing / textile industry. (Worked in a Factory environment).
- Self driven character with a good personality, target-oriented & creative mindset.
- Overall knowledge and experience in general HR function.
- Experience & Exposure in Training & Development / developing organizational culture will be a distinct advantage.
- Excellent negotiation & leadership skills.
- Fluent in English & computer literate.
- Excellent time management skills.
