Deskripsi Pekerjaan
To ensure customer orders plan & schedule to deliver on time, whilst optimize manufacturing capacities in the plant with coordination & monitoring process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparation of weekly production plans in line with delivery targets and to provide delivery confirmations to customers.  
- Share accurate information related to organizational KPI’s to the management.
- Prepare and conduct meetings on a daily/weekly basis and taking timely and appropriate actions to ensure that customer delivery deadlines are met.
- Follow up with relevant departments to ensure 100% materials availability.
Qualifications, Skill and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent qualifications.
- 2 years experience in Planning or any other related job experience (exposure to the apparel industry would be a distinct advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
- Working experience in ERP System (SAP) would be an added advantage.
- Good communication in English .
- Excellent coordination skills, result oriented and interpersonal skills.
