Deskripsi Pekerjaan
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mathematics, and Garment Production are preferred)
- Required language(s): English
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Can or used to work under pressure
- Advance in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, etc).
- Able and willing to work in shifting basis.
 
Job Desc:
Work with other processes in the value stream such as – (New product integration & QCO, Cutting & Raw Material, Technical & Quality, Engineering etc.) in order to anticipate and address issues that can impact the smooth flow of the value stream/ production process.
Support the Group Leader in handling abnormalities by guiding/assisting in real time data-based problem solving using 5-why and 8-step thinking and seek assistance from support teams as and when required
