Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description:
- Source vendors locally for Raw Materials/subcontracts.
- Purchase materials from local suppliers.
- Allocate Raw Materials as per the production requirements.
- Handling Maintenance requests (both project and daily consumable).
- Doing direct purchases (twice a week as per schedule).
- Purchase urgent items and regular consumable items.
- Responsible for the documentation of all direct purchases.
- Coordination with all related parties to fulfil customer demand. (Internal/External)
 
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management and / or relevant professional qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Purchasing / Sourcing
- Experience in the Textile Manufacturing industry will be a distinct advantage.
- Analytical Skills through Excel/Power BI relevant to Purchasing job desk
- Good communication in English, Strong Interpersonal Skills, and PR skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
