Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the training and development plans according to the people development strategy of the organization.
- Identify Individual Development Plans (IDPs) of each employee through the performance evaluation process.
- Develop and execute technical skills of Blue Collar Employees (Skill Matrix).
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) through the HRIS system (SuccessFactors).
- Drive employee engagement through recognition programs, surveys, and team-building activities (Employee Relation Activities).
- Handle employee grievances, resolve disputes, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Promote ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives.
- Provide proactive feedback to management for HR-related matters.
- Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs to support company goals.
- Support for the HR administration (If required).
Qualifications:
- Minimum a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR management or a relevant field with 3 years of experience in a similar position in a manufacturing environment.
- Self-driven/Self-Motivated character with a good personality, target-oriented & creative mindset.
- Ability to manage employee engagement and training programs.
- Experience in HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) is a plus.
- A good understanding of legal aspects of employment (labor law and industrial relations).
- Excellent human relations & communication skills.
- Knowledge/Understanding of HR Administration duties.
- Fluent in English.
