A manufacturing industrial company operating in the garment sector that produces various types of clothingin semarang, currently looking for the position of Head Of EXIM Departement
Qualifications :
- Experience of 10 (ten) years as Exim Manager in Garment industry (preferred)
- Min. S1 graduated.
- Knowledge in SAP preferred
- Well versed in Customs Rules and Regulations of Indonesia.
- Must possess good negotiation skills and communication capabilities.
- Has good hands-on experience.
- A person with high integrity and leadership skills.
Job Description :
- Handle all of export-imports process including the documents and administration matters.
- Coordinate with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries – Monitoring shipment to ensure imported goods will be delivered timely to warehouse.
- Coordinate with PPIC ,warehouse ,merchandising and production teams.
- Keep all the record for international transactions.
- Awareness of CTPAT Regulations.
- Communication with buyers regarding export and imports.
- Knowledge of IT Inventory systems.
- Review reports, paperwork and documents to ensure shipping and handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Check HS Code and Bea Masuk – Other related tasks as assigned.
- Coordinating and ensuring EXIM Staff run the EXIM Quality Management System Developing and ensuring KPI’s for each EXIM division, reviewing achievements, and solving problems that occur Revising and developing the work program of the EXIM department Supervising the operations of Export, Import, PPJK, and Operations Monitor all activities Assessing the work performance of subordinates periodically and objectively and seek to improve the abilities of his subordinates. Supervising all EXIM division employees.
