A manufacturing industrial company operating in the garment sector that produces various types of clothingin semarang, currently looking for the position of export import staff
 
Responsibilities :
- Reserve enough space to deliver goods on time as required.
- Coordinate with Forwarders and related departments to facilitate export shipments.
- Complete Customs clearance and make sure to correct shipping documents (Invoice, packing list, Bill of lading,) and Customs declaration.
- Buy export insurance according to the Law.
- Make CO if required by customer.
- Responsible for solving unexpected problems.
- Settlement report
- Monitor inventory and make a report on finalization of import and export contracts to the Customs.
- Prepare documents and information based on BOM from relevant departments.
- Control logistics costs
- Check and confirm monthly logistics costs.
- Submit expense reports to management.
- Get a better quote.
 
Qualification:
- Experience in Garment Industry for 5 years.
- Posses’ good communication ability with buyers and forwarders.
- Have experiences process and handling BC’s documents (BC.25, BC.26, dan BC.27).
- Good knowledge about export, customs procedures and documentation.
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
- Salary will be according to Industry Standards.
