Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Description : 
- Work with clients to understand and meet their shipping needs.
- Manage import/export orders, handle shipping paperwork, and follow all rules and regulations.
- Keep customers updated on their shipments and quickly fix any shipping problems.
- Create accurate invoices, handle billing, and build good relationships with clients.
- Follow customs rules and international trade laws, and make sure shipping processes are high quality.
Requirement : 
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Experience working at a forwarding company min 1 year
- Able to speak English at a conversational level
