Deskripsi Pekerjaan

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process all export and import jobs following the right system and procedure.
  • Ensure zero error, zero delays and to maximize productivity.
  • Prepare export/import reports.
  • Maintain close relationship with customers by proactive and responsive communications.
  • Ensure compliance to PSA BDP Code of Conduct and local regulations.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma Degree, with minimum 1 years experience in freight forwarding and/or logistics business (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Understand how to handle/Check Import &amp Export Declaration (PIB/PEB).
  • Have experience in handling Import &amp Export with KITE facility
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written (Mandarin is an advantage)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Meticulous/ good with details.
  • Eager to learn, hard working and target oriented
