Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities
- Local suppliers in Indonesia expand, inspect, and evaluate
- Enquiry, price comparison and negotiation of construction project
- Organize bidding project documents, process and business negotiations
- Deal with local suppliers in the process of supply, construction, services, etc.
- Collaboration with foreign affairs, legal affairs to deal with power supply and distribution, intermediary, notary and other localised services.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree of civil engineering, or any major who related about constructions process (supply, construction, services, etc.).
- Have experiences 1 – 3 years in building maintenance, purchasing at manufacturing.
- Have experiences 1 – 3 years handling local resources, regular project enquiries and price comparisons.
- Have cost awareness in building maintenance, local resources and project enquiries.
- Able to speak English is must for this role.
- Able to speak mandarin is a plus poin
- Detail-oriented and outstanding problem-solving abilities.
- Capable of collaborative teamwork and adept at communicating with stakeholders across function.
- Willing to be placed in Jepara – Central Java.
