Job responsibilities
- According to the company’s production plan, responsible for formulating specific plans for carton production, and organizing and coordinating production resources to ensure that production progress and quality meet standards.
- Establish a complete quality management system, supervise the production process, and ensure that product quality meets customer requirements and industry standards. Responsible for handling quality problems in the production process, conducting cause analysis, and taking measures to prevent problems from happening again.
- Manage the daily operation and maintenance of production equipment to ensure the normal operation and efficient use of equipment. Supervise the maintenance and repair of equipment, reduce equipment failure rate, and improve production efficiency.
- Responsible for the supervision and management of workshop safety production, ensure that employees strictly abide by safety operating procedures, and prevent production accidents. At the same time, pay attention to compliance with environmental protection laws and regulations to ensure that production activities meet environmental protection requirements.
- Responsible for the training and development of workshop employees, improve employees’ professional skills and quality. Through effective team building activities, enhance team cohesion and execution.
- Pay attention to the control of production costs, and reduce costs by optimizing production processes and reducing material consumption. At the same time, regularly analyze production benefits, put forward improvement suggestions, and improve production benefits.
- Maintain good communication with production, sales, procurement and other departments, and coordinate to solve problems in the production process. At the same time, we maintain good relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide quality services.
Requirments
- Work Location: Kendal Industrial Semarang
- College degree or above, majors in mechanical engineering and production management are preferred.
- More than 5 years of work experience in production or related fields, especially in-depth understanding and practical experience in carton production related fields.
- Comprehensively coordinate business, PMC, procurement, process, production, quality, warehouse distribution and other work to ensure delivery time and quality, strictly control production costs and improve efficiency.
- Familiar with the printing industry, proficient in the full process production process of color printing, color boxes, puzzles, handmade boxes and other products, and have experience in pre-press and post-press production.
- Have good organization, coordination and communication skills, can effectively manage the team and ensure the smooth completion of production tasks.
- Able to quickly identify and solve problems in the production process, and have the ability to analyze, judge and make decisions.
- Have a high degree of awareness of product quality and can promote the establishment and improvement of the quality management system.
- Pay attention to safe production, be able to formulate and implement safe operating procedures to ensure the personal safety of employees and the stable operation of equipment.
- Be able to inspire the enthusiasm and creativity of team members, create a positive working atmosphere, and promote the achievement of team goals.
- Have good professional ethics and dedication, be able to lead by example and set an example for the team.
