Qualifications & experience
- Background in relevant engineering or technical field, with experience in tire production preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Strong interest in new technologies and processes, with learning and adaptation abilities.
- 5 years’ experience in the same position, preferably in tire production.
- Having education minimum Diploma in the supportive field of work.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation and management of the factory’s inner tube and patch production lines.
- Ensure high efficiency and quality in the production process.
- Assist in solving technical issues during production.
- Coordinate with the team to fulfill production plans.
