PT Formosa Bag Indonesia memberi kesempatan untuk bergabung bersama Factory Key Representative (FKR) di Grobogan, Jawa Tengah.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
• Monitor factory performance
• Benchmark best practices
• Work with VF Quality Regional team on quality-related tasks and ensure VFQM is executed properly and consistently.
• Maintain a sufficient and capable pool of CFA
• Manage CFA performances
• Maintain and update CFA record and share to VF Quality Regional team on timely basis
• Follow up on Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action Plans (CAP) with CFA
• Hold the pre-production meeting with VFQM and CFA. Review tech pack, workmanship, measurement, production planning, product testing and packaging requirements
• Address all issues raised during pre-production meetings and take preventive actions before bulk production
• Provide training to CFA related to manufacturing knowledge
• Manage/coordinate testing-related activities at the factory level including but not limited to the in-factory testing arrangement, in-house test facility/laboratory accreditation, and associated in-house test reporting issues
• Conduct shadow audit of CFA on a timely basis
• Take part in calibration exercise and shadow audit by VFQM
Qualifications:
1. Able to speak English well both verbally and non-verbally
2. Have experience in the field of Bag/Garment/Textile manufacturing
3. Understand the process flow of Quality Assurance, Quality Audit, Quality Inspection, and Quality Management System
4. Experienced in the same field for at least 5 years
6. Willing to be placed in Kab. Grobogan, Central Java
