Factory Manager
We are a rapidly growing furniture manufacturing company located in Central Java, looking for a Factory Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of factory operations, including production, quality control, shipping, and safety.
- Lead the production team to achieve set production targets and efficiencies.
- Develop production schedules and manage human resources, equipment, and raw materials.
- Ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Manage the factory’s operational budget and optimize production costs.
- Build and maintain good working relationships with all stakeholders, including employees, vendors, and other business partners.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operational manager, general manager, or factory manager positions in the furniture industry.
- Strong understanding of furniture production processes and manufacturing systems.
- Excellent leadership skills, able to inspire teams to achieve the best results.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders, including employees, management, and external parties.
- Results-oriented, innovative, and capable of making sound decisions.
- Flexible and adaptable to change, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Open to Indonesian or expatriate candidates with relevant qualifications and experience.
