Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in animal science, Poultry Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in poultry farming, with a focus on parent stock management.
- Fresh Graduated are welcome.
- In-depth knowledge of poultry breeding, nutrition, and health.
- Have good communication and presentation skill.
- Strong leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to different farm locations as required by business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, supervise farm workers, assign tasks, and ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor bird health, feed and water consumption, egg production, and hatch rates. Implement corrective actions as needed to optimize performance.
- Maintain strict biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks and protect flock health.
- Accurately maintain farm records, including production data, medication usage, and mortality rates.
- Ensure proper functioning of farm equipment and facilities.
- Monitor feed and water quality, egg quality, and environmental conditions.
- Identify and address production issues promptly.
