Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Essential Functions
- Provide leadership on handling Kapok raw material inventory and finished products
- Ensure continues monitoring on quality control and Kapok fiber quality approval
- Ensure the smooth flow of Kapok fiber products from warehouse and shipment to for customers
- Conduct proper sales approach both of for domestic and export market
- Execute incoming order and sales documentation
- Lead export process and documentation
- Build good business relationship with customer and supplier
- Solve problems and provide technical solution for improvement when required.
- Ensure effective coordination role with other departments such as production, finance and GA as well as communication with the parent company
- Ensure a safe working environment
Competencies
- General technical background in natural fiber preferably Kapok fiber, yarn, spinning/textile
- Experience in merchandiser roles, export process and quality control
- Able to work in tight schedule and to achieve high standard
- Good negotiation skill and maintain business relationship
- Independent and effective in decision making
- Open minded toward new ideas and innovation
- Data driven
- English spoken
