Responsibilities
- Supervise teams in Sahabat Jiva recruitment, credit assessment, and Sahabat Jiva establishment in selected regions.
- Monitor cash deposits, assess Sahabat Jiva suitability, and oversee credit recovery of Sahabat Jiva.
- Oversee commodity procurement in the regions to ensure the desired quantity and quality are met.
- Sell agri-inputs to farmers.
Requirements
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a field/sales/sourcing supervisor in the agriculture industry.
- Strong leadership skills, target-driven, and data-driven.
- Mobile-friendly, fluent in the local language, and understanding of the local farming community.
- Willing to be placed in all Central Java areas.
