Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Financial Analysis, Management Reports and Forecast– monthly.
- co-ordinate all transaction preparation, general ledger processing and analysis including all integrated applications, eg: sales, debtors, creditors, payroll, costing and stock control.
- Responsible for the performance of credit control: co-ordinate and/or prepare detailed debtor account reconciliations.
- Maintain the bank accounts, prepare reconciliations and monitor cash requirements and cashflow forecast daily and monthly reporting.
- Ensure the requirements of the Corporation and Taxation legislation and any other relevant business legislation are known and complied with
- Liaise with the professional service providers such as bankers, auditors, tax agents, solicitors, financial advisors and insurance brokers.
- Control the day-to-day operation of the business system, application integrity, Production Report & Product Costing monthly cut-off, period settings, balancing, back up (daily, monthly) and reporting.
- Maintain the capital and operational maintenance projects sub-system and the fixed asset registers including depreciation book and tax accounting and reporting.
- Support the Financial Controller and Director and participate in projects under consideration.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance from a reputable university
- Preferably have 5 years of Finance & Accounting experience
- Must have an experience of leading the finance & Accounting team
- Demonstrated solid hands on transaction and managing accounting and administration experience in the core financial processes of general ledger, receivables, payables and payroll
- Commitment to completing delegated tasks within the reporting timetable
- Have strong personality, good communication skill, pressure persistent and adaptable
- Critical thinking, problem solving oriented and attention to detail
- Advance in Microsoft office
- Fluent in English
- Will be placement in SEMARANG
