Responsibilities:
• Ensure the completeness of payment documents for invoices.
• Input journal entries and maintain financial transaction records.
• Prepare tax deposits and reports (PPh and VAT).
• Coordinate with relevant units for the recording of company assets.
• Liaise with departments to provide data for financial audit reports.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in financial administration and tax reporting.
• Strong knowledge of journal entries and financial documentation.
• Familiarity with asset management and audit processes.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to attend training in Jakarta and be placed to work in Semarang.
