Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and improvement
- Manage the accounting team, including staff supervision, training, and performance evaluation
- Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of financial goals with business objectives
- Prepare annual financial statement and budget reports
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent
- At least 5 years working experience in supervisory role or managerial level
- Experience in Property / Real Estate are preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of accounting & tax policy, AR/AP, costing and budgeting, cashflow weekly and monthly report, financial audit and financial forecast
- Willing to be placed in Semarang – Central Java
