JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization’s overall objectives and growth plans
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment to identify opportunities and mitigate potential challenges
- Oversee the financial operations of the group of companies, including budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management
- Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Drive efficiency and cost optimization initiatives to enhance profitability and operational performance
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements across all business sectors.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to support strategic decision-making and business planning processes
 
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a reputable University.
- Having CA (Chartered Accountant) will be an advantage.
- Having minimum 3 year(s) of experience in Finance & Accounting or the same field in Manufacturing Company.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Costing, Account Payable, Account Receivable, and Tax.
- Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in communicating in English (oral / written) is an advantage.
- Strong in analysis and analytical thinking.
- Having excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Having high integrity, motivation, enthusiasm, active, proactive & loyal.
- Able to work in a team and work under a deadline.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Semarang.
