Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager/Supervisor to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership abilities, and proficiency in Mandarin. As a Manager/Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities and Requirements 职责和要求：
– Age between 26 to 40 years old.
年龄在 26 至 40 岁之间
– Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
 至少拥有相关专业的学士学位。
– Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Mandarin-speaking Finance Manager/Supervisor.
至少 3 年中财务经理/主管工作经验。
– Fluent in Mandarin communication, able to communicate effectively with a Mandarin-speaking team.
普通话交流流利，能够与讲普通话的团队进行有效沟通。
– HSK (Chinese Proficiency Test) minimum level 4.
HSK（汉语水平考试）至少达到 4 级。
– Ability to collaborate with the team, actively sharing knowledge and experiences.
能够与团队协作，积极分享知识和经验。
– Possess good leadership skills, able to motivate and guide team members to achieve goals.
具备良好的领导能力，能够激励和指导团队成员实现目标。
