Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities：
- Develop, maintain and improve company financial management procedures and policies. (Tax filing, financial accounting, and report preparation)
- Develop annual quarterly financial plans, review company financial statements, check related transactions.
- Consolidate statements and conduct financial analysis.
- Provide various financial reports to the company management and preside over the company’s financial budget and final accounts, financial accounting, accounting supervision and financial management work.
- Responsible for the daily management of the department and the management, guidance, training and evaluation of department employees.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in English Speaking as will liaise with foreign country.
- 2-4 years of experience in tax and finance with a solid foundation financial knowledge.
- The company is currently in the setup phase, and candidates should have their own ideas about establishing financial processes and systems.
- Experienced in Apparel / Bag / Footwear / Textiles Industry 
- Strong in communicate & critical thinking skills.
