It was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2006 (stock code: 00558 HK). http://www.lk.world To further expand our business, L.K. is setting up a Technology Center in Semarang, Indonesia. We are looking for an experienced and capable Finance Executive/Manager to join us.
Qualifications & experience
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related filed.
- With at least 5 years of experience in financial management role or corporate finance in International Companies.
- Technical competency includes accounting, finance, finance analysis, valuation, tax knowledge and familiar with reading legal agreements.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Integrity, honestly and understanding of data privacy standards.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively.
- Attention to detail, organisational skills, planning skills and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English. Chinese will be an advantage.
- Job placement in Semarang, Indonesia.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
- Oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
- Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
- Lead the company’s tax planning and compliance, optimizing tax liabilities and ensuring timely tax filings.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the Country General Manager and the Group Directors on financial analysis and projections.
- Collaborate with the Finance team in headquarter to support overall business objectives and drive operational efficiency.
- Support on internal payroll related issues and manage employee welfare.
