Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, including budgeting, forecasting, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
- Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and analyses to senior management.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Manage cash flow, funding, and investment activities to optimize the company’s financial position.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor budgets, providing financial insights to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns and compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Evaluate and manage risks related to financial operations and implement mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field CPA or CMA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
- Proficient in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
