Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
- Have related experience minimum of 1-2 years in the related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proactive, initiative, and meticulous.
- Must be fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Willing to work in Kendal
 
Job Desc : 
- Review Payment documents, including invoices, Delivery orders, purchase orders, etc
- Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation
- Pay Vendors according to the payment cycle schedule
- Prepare periodic cash flow reports
- Any other ad-hoc duties
- Maintaining the billing system
- Generating invoices and account statements
- Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
- Send an email out invoices and receipts to customers.
- Following up on customer’s inquiries.
- Any other ad-hoc duties
