Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of financial principles (PSAK) and practices.
- Having Brevet, A or B will be advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant financial software.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
- Will be advantage if has three years of experience working in the manufacturing field and has worked in an SEZ (Special Economic Zone) or bounded zone.
- Willing to be placed at Kawasan Industri Kendal
Tasks & responsibilities
- Financial Data Entry – Accurately input financial data into the company’s accounting system and PSAK Standard – Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Invoice Processing – Collaborate with other departments to collect and process invoices. – Verify the accuracy of invoices and ensure timely payments.
- Financial Reporting – Assisting to generate standard financial reports and assist in custom reporting as needed. – Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
- Compliance and Documentation – Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. – Maintain proper documentation for audits and reviews.
- Ad-hoc Financial Tasks – Undertake additional financial tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors. – Adapt to changing priorities and assist in meeting departmental goals.
- Analytical Skills – Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify areas for improvement or potential risks
- Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in handling financial matters, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to ethical standards
