We are hiring a candidate for Finance Staff.
As Finance Staff, you will be responsible to review expenses, manage ledgers, handle reimbursements, process vendor payments, file monthly taxes, review payables/receivables, and prepare data for internal and external audits.
What would you do:
- Review all company expenses and determine the necessary supporting documents.
- Understand all company ledgers and the details of the accounting system used for recording various purchases, sales, expenses, and others.
- Handle reimbursement of all expenses up to vendor payment, system recording, bank input, tax deductions, tax invoices, etc.
- File and pay taxes monthly.
- Review the details of the company’s accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare data for both external and internal audits.
We are looking for someone who has/is:
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written), certified HSK 4 or above.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Experience in key account management, financial analysis, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge in financial reporting and taxation Brevet A & B certification is preferred for tax handlers.
- Placement: Jatengland Industrial Park Sayung – Demak.
