About the role
As a Finance Supervisor at PT SUMMIT TRAVEL GOODS’, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the company’s financial operations. This full-time position is based in Jepara, Central Java, and will see you responsible for managing the company’s accounting and reporting processes.
What you’ll be doing
- Preparing and analysing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Overseeing the accounts payable and receivable processes
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to management
- Supervising and mentoring the finance team
What we’re looking for
- Degree in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a finance or accounting supervisory role
- Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices
- Proficient in financial analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using financial software and spreadsheet applications
