Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international tax regulations.
- Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with established accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities, providing all necessary documentation and explanations.
- Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Train and mentor junior finance and tax staff.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and tax, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of local and international tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
