Job Description :
- Achieve the assigned area’s outlet objectives by brand, through efficient and effective coverage of the designated outlets according to the company’s ways of working, call planning and QDVP3 execution standards.
- Ensure outlet contract negotiations and effective implementation of national and local promotions to meet performance and budget objectives.
- Develop best in class business partnership with Key RLA by building networks and developing business support groups in designated market area of coverage.
- Enhance corporate relation with customers and trade through networking and participation and supporting of trade related activities – in order to achieve commercial advantage.
- Develop an area coverage contact plan on a quarterly and monthly basis with objectives by account and outlet to maximize selling time, efficiency of call schedule and strike rate.
- Manage and execute outlet contracts with a focus on prices, quantity, spaces and planned activation and ensure an optimal ROI is produced during the contract period
Qualifications :
- Able to work for alcohol brand
- 3 Years + work experience in FMCG sales, retail or F&B industry.
- Currently in the same position in a leading FMCG
- Good spoken and written English
- Good understanding of premium lifestyle category
- Beverage experience.
- Sales experience.
- Strong relationship skills and ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds.
- Computer literate
- Ability to set goals and prioritize, measure progress, and meet deadlines.
- Strong, persuasive written and verbal communication skills are critical including the ability to present in front of groups.
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends.
