– Handling forwarding operations for customer
– Monitoring Import/Export Operation
– Handling customer and logistic services distributors
– Handling Delivery matter
– Communicate with Custom Clearance
– Giving information to customers about company service
– Handling feedback from customers (satisfaction or complaint)
– Handling tasks for transportation (track)
– Other related tasks
EXPERIENCE, REQUIREMENTS, AND SKILLS:
Education: Min. Diploma Degree in any major
Language: Able to speak and write in English
Experience: Min. 2 years experience as Forwarding staff
