Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients, addressing inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate transportation logistics, track shipments, and collaborate with partners for efficient delivery.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Proactively identify and address issues in the shipping process to ensure smooth operations.
- Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes, participating in meetings to stay updated on industry trends.
 
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- Proficient in Mandarin and Business English.
- Previous experience in customer service and logistics is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
