Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Job Descriptions:
- Communicate with customer, service provider, and colleagues to coordinate shipment
- Executes one or more of the following tasks in accordance with office and company policies and SOP
- Activate shipment 
- Create and update shipment record and events
- Schedule pickup/ delivery appointments
- Obtain space confirmation with Carriers
- Update financials, create invoice and payment voucher
- Track, trace, update routing 
- Create shipment related document
- Perform regulatory filing according to country specific requirements
- Manage Workflow, Task Board, Process Board, emails etc to respond to customer requests
- Follow through on customer and service providers request to ensure satisfaction 
- Validate and ensure accuracy of shipment data in systems according to Company and customer standards
- Prepare customer report
- Report incident, escalate questions/ issue to the appropriate party when necessary
- Join meeting and training sessions when required
- Provide training or transfer knowledge when required
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to team and/or country specific requirements
 
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 
 
- Semarang Residence is a MUST
- Good Communication in English and Semarang
- Candidate with PPJK Custom Certificate would be prioritized
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree from an accredited college/ university, preferable from transportation, logistic, Maritime academy background
- Minimum 5+ years of operations or equivalent industry experience background from freight forwarding, shipping (agency) and logistic company in handling Export and Import 
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills
