Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for organizing, planning, and technical work of FTTH projects.
- Responsible for construction organization, materials, and quality management at the construction site.
- Establish and coordinate the construction team.
- Manage the progress of FTTH permits, surveys, designs, construction teams, and subcontractors.
- Timely report work progress and results to the Project Director.
- Assist in formulating and optimizing comprehensive site delivery solutions and site delivery SOP processes.
- Supervise and update construction plans, reasonably organize construction resources, and ensure task completion.
- Ensure construction quality meets engineering specifications and contract acceptance requirements.
- Manage the engineering process, including coordinating customers, subcontractors, and engineering technical teams to complete pre-installation preparations, engineering installation, commissioning, and acceptance, solving and upgrading process issues, outputting engineering construction documents, and promoting site acceptance.
- Manage the scope of engineering delivery and record additional workload.
Qualifications:
- Willing to work in Central Java, East Java (as required by the company).
- Able to communicate in English proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience as an OSP Project Manager, managing teams of over 50 people.
- Maximum age of 40 years.
- College degree or above in telecommunications or computer-related fields.
- Strong communication skills, good teamwork awareness, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
