Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities
1. Analysis of client business needs.
2. Designing an ERP solution that aligns with the client’s business requirements.
3. Setting up and configuring ERP platforms (such as Odoo, 1CI, or others) to meet specific client needs.
4. Conducting system testing to ensure everything is functioning properly.
5. Developing and providing training to users (clients).
6. Ensuring data from the previous or old system migrates to the new ERP system.
7. Providing support after implementation.
8. Offering advice to clients on business process improvements based on knowledge of ERP systems.
9. Monitoring system performance after implementation.
10. Creating clear documentation on configuration.
Requirements and skills
1. Work experience of at least 1 – 2 years (related to ERP is a plus).
2. Complex data visualization and data warehousing.
3. Understand business processes implementation and has a good analytical skill to identify and solve problems.
4. Advanced in written and spoken English.
5. D3/S1 (IT graduate is a plus).
6. Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
7. Understand project management and familiar with implementation methodology
