Role Description
As, Product Development Assistant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new furniture products, from design, engineering, costing, sample making (construction & finishing), to performance test. This role involves close collaboration with production, and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet customer expectations, are cost-effective, and align with production capabilities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in furniture industry as Product Development Assisstant Manager / Manager
- Strong knowledge & experience in furniture manufacturing processes and materials
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including production and QA.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
