About The Company:
- The working venue is in Semarang.
- Our client is a Japanese Manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for GA & HSE Supervisor (ISO Certified).
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise daily HR and GA activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Responsible for but not limited to handling agreements, company assets, permits, procurement of goods/services, building and vehicle maintenance, and HSE control.
- Responsible in ISO 9001, 14001, and SNI.
- Implement and oversee the regulations related to labor and SHE regulation.
- Creating report to HR Manager.
- Oversee employee recruitment, training and development processes.
- Other related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as HRD/GA Coordinator/Supervisor, preferably in Japanese manufacturing company.
- Good understanding and able to implement the regulations related to labor and SHE regulation (Hold an ISO certification).
- Experienced in companies with more than 300 employees.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve human resources related issues.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees at all levels.
