Qualifications & experience
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from business administration, management, or a related field
- Have minimum 2 years experience in same position
- Strong verbal and written communication in english is a must, in mandarin is poin plus
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively and efficiently
- Capable of interacting with various stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ability to address issues that arise quickly and efficiently
- Familiarity with office software and information management systems.
- High level of attention to detail.
- able to work with a team and under pressure
Tasks & responsibilities
- Managing documents, correspondence, and important company archives.
- Planning and executing internal and external events.
- Ensuring that office facilities are in good condition and adequate to support operational activities.
- Addressing employee needs, including welfare and workplace environment.
- Organizing logistical needs, such as transportation and supplies.
- Building and maintaining effective communication within the organization.
