About the role
This is a contract role for a General Affair Supervisor/Assistant Manager at PT. Polygroup Manufaktur Indonesia’ based in Kendal, Central Java. You will be responsible for overseeing the company’s general affairs and operations, ensuring the smooth running of the business.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing the company’s administrative functions, including facilities management, transportation, caterer, building management, cleaning service, gardening, dormitory
- Supervising and coordinating the work of the general affairs team
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the general affairs department
- Identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar general affairs role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in relevant software and systems, including ERP and office productivity tools
- Good understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
