Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Job Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive administrative support for day-to-day General Affairs (GA) operations, including handling correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  2. Oversee office supplies inventory, ensuring timely procurement and stock levels.
  3. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs, liaising with vendors and service providers as needed.
  4. Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, including negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and monitoring service quality.
  5. Organize company events, meetings, and travel arrangements, including booking venues, accommodations, and transportation.
  6. Ensure all GA-related documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and regulations.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing information and addressing inquiries related to GA matters.
  8. Assist in ensuring the workplace complies with health and safety regulations, supporting initiatives to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  9. Support and lead special administrative projects as assigned by management, contributing to the improvement of GA processes and efficiency.

 

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. At least 1 year of experience in General Affairs (GA) or administrative roles
  3. Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) is required.
  4. Mandarin language skills are highly preferred and considered a strong advantage.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Proactive approach to managing GA tasks and improving office efficiency.
  9. Willing to be placed in Demak – Central Java
