PT Trina Mas Agra Indonesia is looking for high potential candidates to be employed as General Affairs (Waste Management) with the following details:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Willing to be placed in Kendal, Central Java
- Candidates residing in the Semarang or Central Java area are preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in general affairs, facilities management, or environmental management, with a focus on waste recycling and green plant maintenance
- English proficiency is required (both written and verbal)
- Knowledge of waste management regulations and recycling processes.
- Experience in managing green plants and site maintenance
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Description:
- Develop and implement on-site waste recycling programs and sustainability initiatives
- Oversee daily waste management operations, including sorting, collection, and disposal
- Manage cleaning and maintenance of green plants and landscaping
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies
- Supervise staff or contractors involved in waste recycling and site maintenance
- Monitor waste generation and recycling rates, and recommend improvements
- Prepare reports on waste management and green plant maintenance.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements
- Other duties as assigned
