General Manager – Innovative Food Manufacturing / Factory
 
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall operational performance.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to introduce new, cutting-edge food products to the market.
Implement and enhance supply chain management practices for streamlined procurement and distribution.
Oversee budgeting and financial planning, working towards cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and employee development.
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
8+ years of progressive experience in food manufacturing/factory, with a proven track record of leadership.
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations, quality control, and production processes.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
A strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
