Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
· Handle financial reporting and to ensure compliance with Financial Reporting Standards, local regulatory requirements as well as adherence to the Group policies and procedures
· Control and supervise all aspects of the finance and accounting functions, which includes treasury, credit control, cash management, tax and financial audit
· Perform month-end closing for the Group including preparation and review of financial analyses, report and monitor any business issues and drafting commentary for management reporting
· Prepare monthly management report and quarterly management meeting material to group management
· Prepare and monitor annual budget and forecast. Provide analysis on variances
· Liaise/co-ordinate with external auditors for statutory audit of the Group and
· Perform ad hoc works as assigned, such as merger & acquisition and other business transactions.
Requirements:
· Degree holder in Accounting/ Finance/ Business with CPA or CFA qualification
· At least 10 years of experience in both CPA firms and commercial environment
· Strong communication skills
· Good organizing capabilities
· Able to work under pressure and fast-paced working environment
· Good command of both written and spoken English
· Can write and speak Mandarin is an advantage and
· Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia & English, Mandarin is preferred.
