Our client from Food and beverage service is currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to the role of GM Operational. 
Short Brief: 
Our client is a specialist in soto from Boyolali, dedicated to maintaining high product quality and delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. They prioritize upholding halal and hygienic standards across their product range. Currently, the company operates 57 outlets across various cities in Indonesia, with a mission to expand to 200 branches domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities of the GM of Operations:
- The GM of Operations will oversee and provide guidance to area managers responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple outlets.
- Ensuring Product Quality, Safety, and Hygiene Standards across the outlets. This includes monitoring processes, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans for operational efficiency and growth, aligning with the company’s overall objectives and mission.
- Work closely with the finance department to develop operational budgets and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and regularly analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Oversee the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution, to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and products to all outlets.
- Develop training programs and provide leadership to ensure all staff members, including area managers and frontline employees, have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Stay up to date with relevant regulations and industry standards related to food safety, hygiene, and operational practices, ensuring full compliance across all outlets.
- Develop contingency plans and protocols to handle unexpected situations such as food safety incidents, natural disasters, or other emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and customer service.
- monitoring customer feedback, addressing concerns promptly, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, food and beverage, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field. 
- Minimum 3 years of in a senior management role within the food service industry. 
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as industry best practices.
- Strong in leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a focus on cost management and optimization.
- Customer centric approach and thrive in dynamic environtments, 
- Willingness to travel as needed to visit company outlets, attend meetings, and participate in company events.
- Preferably residing in Central Java
