Our client from Food and beverage service is currently seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to the role of GM Supply Chain.  
Short Brief: 
Our client is a specialist in soto from Boyolali, dedicated to maintaining high product quality and delivering excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction. They prioritize upholding halal and hygienic standards across their product range. Currently, the company operates 57 outlets across various cities in Indonesia, with a mission to expand to 200 branches domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities of the GM of Supply Chain: 
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution, to ensure seamless product flow and availability.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and meet the company’s expansion goals.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients and materials.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and adaptability to changes in the marketplace.
- Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as production, sales, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives and customer demand.
Job Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of in a senior management role within the food service industry. 
- In-depth knowledge of supply chain principles, logistics operations, and inventory management techniques.
- Strong in leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, with a focus on cost management and optimization.
- Customer centric approach and thrive in dynamic environments,
- Willingness to travel as needed 
- Preferably residing in Central Java
