We are seeking a skilled HC Employee Relation to join our team. Responsibilities include promoting HR programs, supporting employees, coordinating development plans, interpersonal alignment and designing solutions to enhance team performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Promoting HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Providing ongoing support and resources to employees
- Providing assistance in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
- Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
- Designing and developing organizational development solutions to identify the people capabilities. This includes leading the learning and development committee to support a highly performed team.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience as a HR Staff or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to HR practices in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
